EUROPEAN SME WEEK
European SME Week 2010, which will take place from 25 May to 1 June, aims to:
- provide information on what the EU and national, regional and local authorities are offering as support to micro, small and medium-sized businesses;
- promote entrepreneurship so that more people, and in particular younger ones, seriously consider becoming an entrepreneur as a career option;
- give recognition to entrepreneurs for their contribution to Europe's welfare, jobs, innovation and competitiveness.

In partnership between Interminds, Bulgaria, Community4you, Germany, and ROC Midden Nederland, Netherlads under SOLE project was added an assessment tool to the online system for induction of foreign employees EUR-ASSIST. This short questionary will help employers to assess their own resources to recruit foreign employees.

PRESS-CONFERENCE IN SOFIA
On 12.12.2007 in Hilton Hotel Sofia Interminds Bulgaria and partners Community 4 You from Germany and ROC Midden from Holland presented the project SOLE (Project No. LLP-LDV-TOI-07-BG166011).
An open and competitive labour market requires SMEs to be confindent about attracting foreign workers and quickly enabling them to become productive by overcoming the problems of languages, culture and different working methods.
Our project SOLE (Project No. LLP-LDV-TOI-07-BG166011) is a Leonardo Transfer-of-Innovations funded project, which brings Placement Support to new EU member states and is targeted towards SMEs and job seekers in foreign countries. Project’s aim is to help employers who take on workers/trainees/students from other European countries. In Placement Support you will can draw up an individual job profile form.
The project aims to help overcome the boundaries that employers encounter regarding the mobility of the employees, giving them an instrument that will create accurate profile of the position. That will support the process of integration of young people and students and will help them overcome social, cultural and language boundaries as well as differences in the company methods and strategies that are new to them.
